You have to study Computer science You must be very good in algorithms and data structure You must know a programming language very well like C Javascript You must be fast in thinking and solving problems Take online practice on sites like app.codility.com because Google does use the site

That's really hard unless you are very good including with your grammar but searching a job on Google is much easier.

You can apply for the Google kickstart programme were winners get automatic employment from google. Also attend some dev trainings with a good cert and knowledge base. But why looking for a job with your coding skills,...you can start your own job and job for others ask me how!?

To be honest, i really don't know but my thoughts are that you can probably apply for an interview with Google online and after that there maybe a chance that they will interview you, most likely in person. Again, i'm just assuming that but i don't know exactly how you could apply for Google.

No one should tell you it's difficult so you shouldn't try, try using any method and many times.

First look up the job requirements to make sure you're on track to learn what they actually require you to know. Some positions require you to know multiple coding languages. Then once you're confident enough that you know what you need to know. Apply to the position with your credentials. The worst that can happen is that they don't consider you for the job at the time. If that happens just take the time to get better, learn more and apply to the job again. Also polishing up on the predominant language and grammar of the location that you're planning to apply to is helpful.
