My Android studio giving me Error showing "unable to Access Android SDK add on list"

am new to android studio its my first installation now am seeing a error message saying unable to access android sdk add on list with two options either set up proxy or cancel

What should i do now

Maybe u didn't install Java SDK before installing android studio
