50 to 200$. You can ask how much you want but usually the customer doesn't understand the effort it will take and is not prepared to pay much.

As a freelancer programmer the customers are usually an individual and not a company. The have a problem they want to solve fast and cheap.

Best I've had was 100$ within a hour.

But this is assuming you have experience.
