Do you know free cloud server for Java Web development?

I'm searching for a good and free cloud server to host Java Web Application.

Maybe you can register new trial AWS account for some of your friends or family. But google first for this case. Google is also have it's free hosting offer. But I'm not sure if it's good for Java web dev. In the case of virtual host it doesn't matter. Right?

I'm also thinking on idea of building my own personal server at home. It's much affordable. In this case all we need is just external IP.

St_range()_r_Things , I used AWS for a year. It's really good, but after the end of the Free Tier Usage, i want to know about another free host. I still use AWS, but Just for static pages.
