Does "c" language have "regex" library?

Question

Hi everyone!
I want to use regex in my "c" (not c++) program.
Is it possible? How?
I read something about "pcre.h", "glib.h", "tre.h" and "regex.h" externally libraries; but I don't know how use them?
Does anybody know how to use of them? Or have a better way?
