OS architectures

Question

I want to make an os and I would like to know what are the components it have. I want to make it from 0. I don't need ready bootloader's or kernels.
I want just to click the computer power on button and open 100% my programs!
What are the first steps and first programms I need to write and in which language? Where should I go next?

I can't find the starting point to learn something. What should be the first thing I have to learn
