ideas are cheap.

he's saying he can agree, then once you tell him he'll just build and release it for himself

not that it matters. unless you have proof that you will make sales, or unless you PAY me, there's no way I'll build your app that will likely make almost no money. most apps DON'T make money btw, unless they have marketing or a feature on a app store.
