App suggestion

Just finished with HTML, CSS and PHP, but not so satisfied with what I learnt here,
Can someone help with another android offline app that could be help more? Offline app because data cost this side is really expensive plus limited internet connection

Try enki app its pretty much the same as SL but more courses and more content and yes it is offline mostly.
