If I study Python 3hour/day, how long it takes to be a good programmer? and also is Python good for web programming or JS- HTML?

Please share your experiences in web programming with Python. I study python just 5 weeks. I'm beginner. but I really love this language!
I really enjoy.

So, I need to know I am in a good path or not.

I love web programming and machine learning.

yes Python is goood.
A J said not for web: to be exactly... not for front end. Backend is possible.
With three hours daily after 3 weeks you should be able to implement all easy and middle classed algorithms.
have a look at code requests posted in SL.

After it is time for oop and some advanced concepts.
Also a first look on AI is ok then.
in my experience after three months u should be pretty good.
Time for contributing on Stack overflow.

Python is not for web programming like C and C++. Python can use in machine learning programming.
