How to get a second BA in computer science when I have BA and MA in English and LA already?

I am trying to get into computer science program in Los Angeles area. I am not quite sure how to do it. Long Beach University has a program for people whow want a second BA but when I call, these people are giving me a run-around to different depts and then still they don't tell me what classes to take on the community college level so that these would apply to comp science degree.
Please, advise.

Have you already submitted a complete application? Did the university assign you an admissions counselor? Are you able to make appointment with the registrar or with the office of the dean who oversees the comp sci dept?
