Is there any way to only get challenges from friends/blocking anyone else from challenging you

Question

I like to Invite my casual coding friends to Play with me, but they don't want to stay on the app Because strangers challenge them and they get spammed with notifications. They still want to be notified when i challenge them though, so is there any way to not be challenged by other people, so my friends Will keep playing with me?

Well, not answering the challenges is not really the problem. Sorry if it was unclear. The problem was that my friend's phone gets spammed with notifications outside the app, and my friend Really only want notification when I challenge them, but you can't select which challenges you get notified from, so sololearn just ends up as a spam problem for them

Frederik Nikolaj Paulin Larsen well, then email SL and suggest an enhancement... as this doesn't appear to exist in the current functionality...

You can just declune their challenges...

Well that would also turn off my challenge notifications when i challenge my friend
