How to sort the dictionary values by length and key(both)?

Question

D={0:'123###',1:'xyzcom',2:'aBcD',3:'sdgfhfhh',4:'xydhdg'}
I want this to be like
D={3:'sdgfhfhh',0:'123###',1:'xyzcom',4:'xydhdg'}

I think this could be what you achieve: It's sorted by 2 criteria: first: length of value descending, second: value

dic={0:'123###',1:'xyzcom',2:'aBcD',3:'sdgfhfhh',4:'xydhdg'}
print(*sorted(dic.items(), key = lambda i : (-len(i[1]), i[1])))

# output: (3, 'sdgfhfhh'), (0, '123###'), (4, 'xydhdg'), (1, 'xyzcom'), (2, 'aBcD')
