An installation guide with clear instructions are provided by Jetbrains.

There is no separate installer for 32-bit version, please, download Pycharm from https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/ and install it. After that please go to `C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\PyCharm2016.3\bin` (the default location for Pycharm installation) folder and launch `pycharm.exe`.
Please note that the following system requirements should be satisfied:
- Microsoft Windows 10/8/7/Vista/2003/XP (incl.64-bit)
- 1 GB RAM minimum
- 2 GB RAM recommended
- 1024x768 minimum screen resolution

Unfortunately there is no pycharm for 32 bit. Intellij is available for 32 bit and 64 bit. So you can run 32 bit intellij with python plugin. Both are built from the same codebase. For further information, please, visit

Pycharm version more than 2018.3.7 is not supported for Windows 32-bit. Install other versions from
https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/other.html

Yes you can install a x84 bit version by downloading an emulator. Download Parallel desktop. It will be very helpful for 32-bit version!. And remember there is every solution for every problem. Stay cool and happy!.
