I am a beginner and I wanna buy a new system, is i3 processor enough for me? Can I practice on languages like c, c++, java?

My main laptop is an old i3 (about 7 years), with 4gb ram, and a 5400rpm hdd. The specs are not really good, but I don't have any lags, it works flawlessly (unless I'm using heavy apps like blender or similar). Programming doesn't require much power, your specs are great, and it's not worth it wasting more money on a higher-spec laptop, especially if you're on a budget

Yes without any problem , in my case actually I'm using my old laptop with 4 gb Ram that I bought in 2015 with an intel inside Pentium and at last it runs Dev C++ , Sublime Text 3 , Visual Studio and Unity 😅 so with an I3 processor it's enough , good luck

TMarvel since you are going to buy a new system I would suggest going with i5 and 8 GB RAM. The reason is suppose you decide to install any heavy IDE which needs a huge chunk of RAM your system will not able to run those IDE properly. You can also opt for i5 and 4GB RAM and later upgrade the RAM. As per your concern yes i3 and 2 GB is sufficient to run then. Any doubts I am just a message away.

If you're looking for something cheap, a raspberry pi works great for just about all programming languages!
