Some codes doesnt work

Question

Hi, my notebook is broked and the only way to i code something is using my cellphone (yup, it sucks, but is the only way i have). When i was coding some responsive nav bar and others stuffs they didnt work.
Do you guys think it happens because of SoloLearn plataform or other thing (i checked the code before come here)??

Try Dcoder app for mobile, or use online platform such as codepen.io, jsbin, jsfiddle

Responsive webpage I think better made by pc IDE whith browser in the developer dashboard where you can simulate the device screens of different sizes
