What is the best language/languages to make a mobile game?

Me and my friends want to make a mobile game for fun but our programming knowledge is limited.
What would be the best language(s) to make such thing?
I heard Python has a lot of libraries available.
PS: it's a 2D game if it helps.Thx for the help.
