Python offers many features, It is one of the most versatile and beautiful programming languages.Python has its applications in Web development, Automation tasks, Gaming, Networking, Scientific calculations, Data science, etc. and it also have huge community support and Python has a huge standard library which comes with lots of predefined functions that you can use. For most tasks you don’t have to worry about finding other libraries as python standard library contains functions for various purposes like regular expressions, documentation-generation, unit-testing, web browsers, threading, databases, CGI, email, image manipulation, and more. So, we don’t have to write the complete code for that manually. and it's used in instagram, google, youtube, quora etc so it's one of the best languages right now.to learn. thanks.

Because it's very popular as a programming language, has easier syntaxes, enriched library, enormous scopes of application, vast popularity (and a bright future too maybe 🤔) like the others said. I myself started learning Python out of sheer peer pressure, but later on I got more attached because I'm more comfortable with Python and it's really user friendly. P. S. About taking things seriously, please update your tag for the question, because tags are literally the keywords used to find your question when searched for similar topics. I don't think someone will search "hi" to look for your serious python question, will they? ;)

Because it is the most dominant programming language of 2019-2020 and probably a huge skill shortage in global market is for python developer. Which means python developers are in demand with high salary in job posting

In my opinion Python will probably fade away from all this popularity like most languages have and will.
