random error; identifier "SDL_INIT_VIDEO" is undefined

Question

for some reason i get this error for no reason at all.
i get the error but if i save the scirpt and reopen it the error goes away. but when interact with anything that has a connection with that line ( SDL_INIT(SDL_INIT_VIDEO); ) the error is everywhere. help!
