There is no perfect place, you can learn how to program all sort of ways.

Some in a class, some (like me) with books, some maybe just by googling stuff, you can read the official documentations, read up in more serious forums like Stack Overflow etc. pp.

Very likely you will do a bit of anything.

Don't forget to actually write code with your own hands, because that's the one thing that HAS TO be in place!

But you need to practice coding a lot. You won't get any certificate here. If you want that then Udemy is best.
