How react js and angular are different ? And which one should I learn?

they are different in that Angular is more of a complete solution, while React deals with user interface and need other libraries to take full advantage of.
whatever you choose stick with it until you master it, until you make something of it, don't just switch immediately to another one because it is new, frameworks are becoming like a trend these days, every day there is a new one.

for a beginner may be React is the better choice.
