for web developing start with HTML then CSS then jS.
you can also start with python or c++

Hi, many consider Python to be a good language to start with. This is because it's syntax is very readable, easy to learn and you will do same thing as any other language but with considerably less code. Appart from that you could basicaly do anything with it, for it's a general purpose high level programming language.
