i think there is no generel answer.
it depends on the company and what they need. I think you can find a company for nearly every language anf get a good job if you are good and ahve passion in what you do

First and foremost learn algorithm. Logic is almost same on all programming languages. They just different approaches to the same thing. Think about what do you want to be as a programmer? A game developer, a database developer, etc. Know yourself. Think, what do you want to be and study it. Programming is not just a job that makes you more money, it is a philosophy of life.
