Im not getting this answer of jdk and path

WITHOUT SETTING java path your system doesn't know what do you mean when you type commands like "javac" or "java" in the command line.
setting the java path means letting the system know where to find these commands (the jdk bin folder) to avoid you typing the whole path every time you need to run them.
Google "Set Java Path", follow the instructions carefully and you should be good to go
