Finding project to work on?

Im not sure what you exactly looking for :)

if you want to code your own project and you have no ideas what you could code. cause your tags and i have no idea what level you have in these languages:
- your own blog
- templatre engine
- own cms
- try a shop system
- maybe a small browsergame
- small animations (firework, or something like that)
- conways game of life
...

if you search for an existing project where you can participate:
In this case i would recommend that you
- go on github
- search for "help wanted"
- adapt the filter to your language
- search for a which sounds interesting for you
- browse issues and help them
