CSS less common properties !

Question

There are some properties such as image filters that seems not to do anything special while some powerful facilities like photoshop are available. (At least it’s my opinion.) or maybe some old fashioned looking parameters. Do they necessarily need to be mastered?

No you have just to remember how it work because sometime you will use it for example

If you have a button to make image change you will not upload two picture
You have to use this property
