[solved]Code coach problem military time.Why my two cases getting fail?

My code is running perfectly without any error and also giving right output but my 2 cases is getting wrong in code coach problem in military time problem.i don't why please find the bug in my code if present thanks in advance.

Maninder $ingh , I think the problem is that the question wants you to display time in XX:XX format that is for time like 2:30 AM the expected output should be 02:30 not 2:30
