When to move on from HTML to learning CSS?

Hi, complete beginner here. I'm using multiple sources to learn. I've completed the Html tutorials here and on 2 other sites. I'm starting to get a bit "bored" with Html, but at the same time I don't have a lot of things memorized yet. People in general don't recommend memorizing a lot, but rather understanding and being able to apply your knowledge. How do I know when I'm ready to move on to the next thing? Are there certain milestones to hit? Tips and suggestions recommended. 😊 Happy New year.

You have finished HTML course. If you really understood most of what was said, and didn't just copy-paste the answers from the comments, then you are ready to move. Many here started learning HTML and CSS at the same time, so you should not have any problems. You can advance in both of them at the same time.

You don't need to memorize any HTML When you practice with Mini-Projects, you will remember the useful ones.

You should practice html by your own. At many times when you are practicing you may have to go back and check some topics which may you forget. But that happens to everyone. Just go for practice. If you forget something read and understand that. Best way of learning is practice.
