How do you insert an image if you are on an IPhone?

The same way you insert an image on an android or PC. You use the <img tag and put a link to the picture.

If you mean how do you put it in your webpage from a phone: what I did a couple times was post it on social media, then get the image link, and put it in my page. It's kinda clunky, but it works. It works, of course, if whatever site you're using, Khan Academy, Solo Learn, etc, allows you to use pictures from certain sources. Solo Learn seems more lenient than Khan.
