How to put database online?

How do I upload a database online for later access to my webpage without it disappearing as soon as i switch off my PC?

You need a host. There are many hosting services online that support mysql/mariadb, postgresql... there even are some free ones (never tried any), but they cannot be trusted. At lest I don't think you should.
