Just start learning any language of your choice here in sololearn,

Then any topic that seems complicated to you search for it on google, you will get the answers.
And i still recommend other app& websites like w3school, tutorialspoint, geekforgeek, programiz, treehouse, medium, there are thousand of them out there, the only thing you have to do is start learning first.

I think you basically have to first understand why you want to learn to program and what you want to use the skills for, doing that will help you to narrow down the list of programming language you should learn. From experience i'd realized that because of no clarity as regards why someone want to learn programming, the "how to" learn programming gets complicated then you find this person jumping from one programming language to another and being stressed out or frustrated about it and finally leads to the person loosing the passion for it. So in few words sit down and ask yourself why you want to learn programming, what do you want to use it for, you want to create web app or mobile app or games be specific, know you why then you'll be able to find a suitable language to satisfy your passion for programming.
