How to add interpreter in pycharm

It says no python interpreter configured for the project

Ok so you need to download python from https://python.org download it and try running your code in pycharm if it does not work you need to configure the interpreter from settings

Try installing this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=52685 then type python in CMD if it doesn't work try reinstalling python

But I'm already installed it and it says successfully installed but when i type python in cmd to confirm that it's successfully installed or not then it gives error that api-ms-win-crt-runtime|1.1.0.dll is missing
