Are duplicate questions always *really* a prohibition of the rules?

Mods are being too harsh about duplicate questions these days. But if a user can't find his/her demanded answer on the previously made questions, then shouldn't he/she post the question? If not then what should he/she do?

Not true. Mods always try to give answers. Doing a little bit of research is always good. But some questions are really asked many many times in community. Like how to import images from my machine to sololearn html playground. Some questions can have only one answer. If that question is already solved. You are wasting your time in writing that question. If you do a little bit of research before posting a question you are saving your and community members time.

The reason of cleaning duplicates is to keep Q&A clean and lean. It is a rare case that a user can't find demanded answer in previously question. In such case, please give us concrete examples. Meanwhile, this Q&A forum is for specific programming questions. https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1316935/?ref=app By specific programming questions, we mean that he has been coding and met a bottleneck, and post a code attempt for our review.
