Code playground: Search by tags

Improvement submission... Episode2...
I think it would be useful to save tags to our codes, just like in Q&A. The coders could set tags to describe which subjects the consumers can learn from that source code.

Here we go again...
I don't think SoloLearn will go for a new feature that has so few likes. But I'll give it a try and submit it anyway... I'll post if I receive an answer.

At the moment you can only filter a language and search for file names, right?
