Can i learn machine learning while i haven't any computer?

I want to learn machine learning , but i have no laptop or computer im only using cellphone to code and study... im studying the maths of mL and various computation problems.. My question is there still have any PROGRESS of learning mL if i only studying math? But few practice in code? cause i dont have any computer...

Yes many here are on phone only and still learning from young teens to adult professionals...

You can learn the theory for sure.

Some phones support external keyboards to make it easy to type if you really have no other option.
