Also has this sololearn made me familiar with most of the HTML tags and syntax? Or i have to read some documentation!

Hi! If you want to be a good web page creator, that yes! Learn bootstrap, css, (some of this preprocessors css - SASS or LESS), flexbox, css-grids, adaptive and responsive design... But if you want to be most in programm field - learn javascript.

To study most of the HTML5 tags, use the resource w3schools.com or mozilla MDN

To study the way to become a good creator of the pages - I wrote above. dodging programming (still frontend):

Html->css-> javascript->(Coffeescript or Typescript)->qQuery->(one of this js frameworks: Angular, React or Vue.js)
