you can create the form in html and then submit form data using php.you need to add address of page in the action="" and you can select method="" get or post

I need detail guide.. (1st answer it helps to create a button or boxes for submitting not to generate a complete forum for a website including social sign in) but i doesn't helps for my issue , thanks for the answer guys..
