Question

Sooo, I have been watching a youtuber developing his own game and I got interested and I think I will try but the problem is that I don't know anything all I know is a programming language: c++ and two programmes for developing games: ubisoft and unreal engine (correct me if I am wrong) and that's about it so any help would be greatly appreciated and also can I make a game from my phone if learned c++?
