ilomilo24 Anything start from 0 so yes you can learn from here. Just go in learn section and choose Language according to your interest.

Sudarshan Rai 👑 I asked you because you are present here and might have noticed that user did or didn't change markingof best answer( if user have marked someone's answer as best its his/her prerogative)

Example:
Condition1: user marked A's answer best and he /gets a notification perfectly fine
Condition2: user marked A's answer best but multiple users gets notified then their's a problem ' bug'

I never said that ilomilo24 should mark my answer as best ,( user is free to do whatever he/she wants👍)
I was just interested in whether ilomilo24 did marked my answer as best and changed it for you if yes perfectly fine

Start learning HTML , CSS , JavaScript then PHP , don't worry take your time , it's easy ! When you don't understand something ask or go a step back . Learn experience at Play tab , with other players after you finish to learn a language , se how far you can go . You should have goals and passions for the reason to start learning to code , like what motivates you , what do you want to achieve and why , respond yourself to those answers so you can figure out if you want to go further , thanks !
