Style in tag Vs style in Stylesheet

Question

I am facing a problem when I give Css property in the tag using style : " " the properties are working according to the expectations but when I tried to remove the properties from here and give it to the tag by using stylesheet these properties are not acquired by the tag
Note: I am sure that that there is not spelling or selector mistake
