Guyz why cant we create folder named con?i still wonder whats the use of a con folder that we have to suffer to just create it??

They say that we cannot create a folder named CON, PRN and NUL or etc. I just searched and it only says how to create them

So since they already exist, why would we need to create another?? I mean in what situations we'll need to create one??
