If you want to learn about app development , so basically have two types in that 1 ) native app development 2) hybrid or cross platform app development

Those categories have there own advantage and disadvantage

If you want to learn about native app development
you go with koltin or java for android app development

For iOS I will suggest to go with swift programming language

If you want to learn about hybrid app development
1 ) flutter ---> you should learn about dart programming language
2) react native ----> you need have a good grip on javascript
