Do problem solving.
Try to solve some real problem by coding and you can learn step by step just on the way.

Start spending money and think that if you don't commit yourself you're throwing money. If you do it for work, start paying the language producers for official support and courses. If you do it to pass the time, start buying books, paying for pro versions of various platforms and maybe fulfilling a dream with the basic version of the official course. Spending money has always been the right motivation.
