Hello. I am a beginner and I have a question to ask,please. Can I create a website with just HTML,CSS and JavaScript or do I need to use bootstrap? I've been coming across the word "bootstrap", is it another programming language to learn

Bootstrap is just a HTML, CSS, and JS library that can help create a website more easily. If you are not going to use bootstrap, it would be harder to create a website but you can still create one using just HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Bootstrap is a css library . It is easier with bootstrap to create responsive layout. But you can also create responsive layouts without using bootstrap.

It is good to learn bootstrap. Bootstrap is very easy. But it is not needed
