Which operating system is good for programming ?
In my opinion Lunux is the best but which version ?

Wich language ? Objective ? For server programming linux is the best but windows is sufficient for some type of project ;)

I'd like to recommend deciding IDEs (or other tools) before OS.

Linux is obviously the best as it is an open source os so u can change permissions and other things easily. I feel Linux Mint is good.
