Ethical hacking or cyber security is a field that has countless technologies that you need to have in grasp, from networking, programming, operating systems and many more. And in programming, you should basically have an idea if each programming language for comparisson in many sections; exploits, malwares etc. So for you to learn programming in ethical hacking, you basically need all languages technologies, so start from least tiresome ones, web based languages, i.e html, js, php then you can advance from there. Html is basically not a programming language, its a markup language, once you get down to it, you'll get it.
