I try to program a calculator in c but when i debug the app it's don't get the inputs and it blocks .and i want an ide for c language.and thanks guys

Firstly check whether your pc application , works with .c extensions or not , then check whether this file has .c extensions or not and if it still doesn't work then remover that .h
From header file which will result in #include<stdio>

Use DevC++ , kinda the best platform for C and C++

Delete printf("Hello, World!\n");
Then try to printf a,b as integers
You can achieve sum of a,b very simply
