Level of Python after finishing

Question

So I have a question for someone a bit more familiar with the coding languages. I am currently learning Python3 but was wondering what kind of level I reach after I finish this course. Are there standard levels to measure skills by?

Depends on how well you know to use the concepts that you have learn in solving something..

And how well you can achieve something using some syntactic sugars in the most efficient way.

Another expert skills I have seen that they are able to solve a problem in less lines of code and simple Algorithms which are super fast.
