I am having trouble installing the compiler

I am going to the code::blocks website and downloading codeblocks-20.03mingw-32bit-setup.exe but I am getting an error that the compiler is not there. I am following the instructions per the solo learn lesson for the C++ complier

and search:-
"Compiler not autodetected".
