I feel like I'm wasting my time learning web design(html,css,js) when something like wix.com and WordPress exist?

is someone threatening you and force you to learn web design?
if not, are you aware that you're not mandatory to do so: if you feel better with such tools as wix.com or wordpress feel free to use them ^^

anyway, both require web design knowledge if you don't want to be too much limited ;P
