You realize that majority of certificate like these are not accredited by no education centre so in a sense they are worthless, sorry to be a boomer but I don't think any business would take a certificate that you print at home and that you can take the test at home.

The best evidence is if you develop an app or website and publish it because that's hard evidence and it'll show that you can program.

Free certificates are not worth pursuing and some of the paid ones too like the ones offered by W3Schools.

I was you, try to do a college or uni course because those certificates are accredited or look for certificates that are accredited like the ones offered by Cisco.
